I just returned from Italy not long ago. One thing I appreciate about the Italian culture is the value they place on quality time spent with family. Much of that time is spent around the dinner table.  It is quite common for families in Italy to spend 2-3 hours at dinner together each night. Today our nation celebrates its birthday.  What an awesome thing to look back over our incredible history and remember all the valleys and victories we have shared together as Americans.  Sometimes I think we forget, that like it or not, we are in this thing together.  Isn't it a shame that it takes a tragedy for us to remember that?
