Moses met with God face to face. Just the thought of that is unbelievable. The Bible tells us that Moses would have regular conversations with God. But when we look closer, we see that many of these conversations took place on a mountaintop and after having spent much time alone in God’s presence. Keep in mind that Moses was the leader of a people over a million strong in number. I’m sure he had just a few things going on! But nothing took precedence over His time with God. You want to worship God more intimately? You want to have an encounter with God that is unforgettable? Then be like Moses. Get away from the noise of life…even if it’s just a little while each day. Seek His face and then open your ears. God still speaks.
