You've heard it said…"The family that prays together, stays together." And honestly…it's true. It's very hard to stay angry with each other and to fight openly when the Word of God is open before you and when you are kneeling to pray. I want to challenge you today to regularly worship the Lord as a family. Pick a verse that you can all learn together for the week and come up with fun ways to explore God's work in your lives. Take advantage of those moments of candid conversations so that you become the spiritual motivator of your family and a Godly example to your children. And more than anything, work hard to discipline yourself to live a genuine life of worship at home in regular mundane activities. That way, your children will see God molding you every day…not just Sunday.
