We talked yesterday about how each one of us is a leader of people to some extent. We all have some level of influence. So today, I would like to challenge you to view yourself as a leader. As a Child of God, begin to see yourself as a worship leader. I like that old saying, "Lead, follow, or get out of the way." That only gives us three options doesn't it? Nobody wants to be in the way, and it is not near as fun to follow. So why not be a leader? If you feel like you have no influence, ask yourself why. If you feel like a failure, evaluate what choices you've made. If leadership is influence, then why not expand that and glorify God with it?! It will take discipline and humility to allow Him to shape your heart. And it will take surrendering your will to His. But just think of the endless ways in which God wants to use as a leader.
