Have you ever read the book of Exodus? You will discover in chapters 25-30 just how detailed the God we worship really is. God was extremely detailed in how He wanted his people to worship him. And although, because of Jesus, we now live under grace and under the New Covenant, God still has required a detailed account of how we are to worship him. A starting point is Romans 12:1 where we are told to present our bodies a living sacrifice. We are to live holy and acceptable in His sight. Always remember, the God of the Old Testament and the God of the New Testament is the same God. He has not and will not ever change. But because of Jesus we no longer have to follow the detailed regiment of the Old Covenant. Instead, we are to live every moment in detailed obedience to Him. Simply put, fall in love with Jesus and worship him in every little detail of your life.
