The Bible says that after each day in the creation story that God looked at His work and saw that it was good. You know, we have so much to be grateful for and so many beautiful things He has given us to appreciate. In Philippians 4:8 Paul reminds us to train our minds to think on things that are true, noble, just, pure, and Lovely. There are so many lovely things on this earth to think about and dwell on. The majesty of His creation, the wonder of the stars and the moon in space, that perfect oak tree you pass by on the way to work, or how about those beautiful eyes of the one you hold so dear to your heart. Think on these things today. Look out the windows in your life and see that God's creation really is good!
